Once an event runner puts an event into the public domain, it CANNOT BE CHANGED or modified except for exceptional cases...where the event runner should contact me before making any modifications. The events CAN ONLY BE INTERPRETED FROM THE ORIGINAL POSTING, nothing else! It is not fair to the students who start working on their event the day after it was released only to find that the rules have be changed. If the rules of an event change in mid-month, I will put out a notice via e-mail and/or in the chat rooms. Otherwise, the judges and quarums will strictly interpret the original draft of the event. It is also the responsibility of the teams to monitor the chat rooms for updates. It is not the responsibility of the league nor the event runner to inform you of interpretations or news regarding a particular event.
